Founded in 2018 and fully registered in Rwanda, Afrinest Engineering Ltd is headquartered in Karongi on the shores of Lake Kivu. We are dedicated to shipbuilding, marine engineering, and maritime training—bridging the gap in regional maritime capabilities and establishing a centre of excellence for the African Great Lakes.
Our services include shipbuilding & industrial works, marine mechanics (official Mercury dealer in the African Great Lakes), marine electrical systems, carpentry & interior design, basic marine training & certification, fiberglass & painting works, and civil & construction works. We emphasise quality, safety, and professionalism in every project.
